Job Description
We are hiring for our client FASHION TV.
Overview:
The Salon Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the salon ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. They are responsible for managing staff maintaining inventory and creating a welcoming environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate salon staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting salon environment
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional manner
- Recruit train and schedule salon personnel
- Monitor and analyze financial performance prepare budgets and implement costcontrol measures
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend product or service enhancements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source quality products
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support to staff
- Coordinate promotional activities and marketing efforts
- Manage social media and online presence
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll reporting and recordkeeping
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in salon management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory control and budget management
- Knowledge of cosmetology services and products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Sales and marketing experience
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Certification in cosmetology or related field is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and salon management software
- Customercentric mindset with a passion for the beauty industry
- Organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
