Lead Instructor - Product Management

1. Course Delivery and Instruction:

• Lead and conduct comprehensive online and offline sessions on Product Management covering key areas such as customer need assessment user experience analysis project scope management lean and justintime systems and portfolio management.
• Address the unique challenges and opportunities in both tech and nontech product management catering to students from diverse professional backgrounds.

1. Curriculum Development:

• Design develop and continuously update course materials lesson plans and realworld projects to reflect the latest trends and best practices in product management.
• Incorporate tools and methodologies such as JIRA Trello Asana Figma Google Analytics Mixpanel and Tableau into the curriculum.

1. Student Mentorship and Support:

• Provide personalized mentorship and guidance to students helping them navigate the complexities of product management in different sectors.
• Regularly assess student progress offering feedback and strategies for improvement.

1. Project Integration and Portfolio Building:

• Facilitate the integration of live projects into the course to provide practical experience in product management.
• Guide students in building comprehensive portfolios that demonstrate their capability to manage products effectively in both tech and nontech environments.

• Work closely with other instructors and program staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience.

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management with experience in both tech and nontech environments. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Trello Asana Figma Google Analytics Mixpanel and Tableau.
