What youll do

As a Talent Management Intern at Catawiki youll have a unique opportunity to gain handson experience across the full talent lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development (L&D) initiatives. You will work closely with our Talent Management team supporting our efforts to hire develop and onboard top talent. Your Responsibilities will include:

• Intern Recruitment: Lead our intern hiring process including interviewing managing processes and extending offers while collaborating with various departments to identify and attract top talent.
• Onboarding New Employees: Support the welcoming of new hires during their first week to ensure a smooth transition.
• Designing Learning Journeys: Work with the L&D team to create interactive online learning journeys for our employees to follow across multiple departments..
• Admin & Support: Manage Talent admin tasks including reporting survey followup feedback analysis and course registrations to enhance the candidate and employee experience.

About the team

Our Talent Management team consists of Talent Acquisition Operations and L&D specialists. We work in a hybrid environment coming together a couple of times per week in our Amsterdam office to align learn and grow together (and of course eat doughnuts!). Were a fun social and international team who are passionate about finding and developing the best Talent.

What youll bring

A proactive approach and strong organizational skills with an eagerness to learn about the different aspects of Talent Management. In addition:

• • A cando attitude; a desire to work hard and be flexible.
  • Detail oriented and datasavvy able to handle basic reporting and analysis tasks.
  • An interest in managing and implementing campus recruitment partnerships and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology/ Marketing/PR (related studies are welcome).
  • In order to be considered for this internship you need to be registered as a student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period. A triparty agreement will be requested.

Our Offices and Way of Working

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most Catawikians are within commuting distance of one of our offices and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model. This means we typically ask you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days roughly 40% of your working time to collaborate and connect with your colleagues. Of course if the job description specifies that the role is 100% remotesuch as for certain expert or sales positionsthen that arrangement will apply.
