About Digiteducator: Digiteducator is at the forefront of tech education offering innovative programs that equip students with the skills needed to excel in today s datadriven world. Our Data Engineering and AI/ML program is designed to provide students with handson experience in cuttingedge technologies preparing them for roles in data engineering machine learning and AI. We are seeking a Lead Instructor to lead this program and guide our students to success.
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Lead Instructor to head our Data Engineering and AI/ML program. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in data engineering artificial intelligence and machine learning coupled with a strong passion for teaching. As the Lead Instructor you will be responsible for delivering topquality instruction mentoring students and ensuring that the curriculum stays current with the latest industry advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Delivery and Instruction:
- Lead and conduct comprehensive online and offline sessions on Data Engineering and AI/ML covering tools such as Python SQL Airflow Hadoop TensorFlow Langchain Jupyter Notebooks GitHub LLM Interaction and RAG application.
- Break down complex technical concepts into understandable lessons catering to students with varying levels of experience.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design develop and continuously update course materials lesson plans and handson projects to align with industry standards and emerging trends.
- Incorporate realworld challenges and case studies into the curriculum to enhance practical learning.
- Student Mentorship and Support:
- Provide personalized mentorship to students helping them overcome technical challenges and guiding their professional development.
- Regularly assess student progress offering constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Project Integration and Portfolio Building:
- Facilitate the integration of realworld projects into the course to provide practical experience in data engineering and AI/ML.
- Guide students in building robust portfolios that demonstrate their expertise and readiness for industry roles.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Work closely with other instructors and program staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
- Lead by example fostering an inclusive and innovative learning environment.
- Continuous Learning and Professional Development:
- Stay current with the latest developments in data engineering AI and machine learning.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching and technical skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of handson experience in data engineering AI/ML or a related field with a strong portfolio of work. Previous teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python SQL Airflow Hadoop TensorFlow Langchain Jupyter Notebooks GitHub and related technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead inspire and manage a diverse group of students and peers.
- Passion for Teaching: A strong commitment to student success and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
- Adaptability: Ability to cater to students with diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
