Job Description: To manage and drive business and branch profitability for both broking and thirdparty product sales. The role involves achieving business growth revenue targets brand differentiation and client satisfaction through effective client acquisition product sales and service. The product portfolio includes broking products and services as well as other investment products such as mutual funds life insurance general insurance fixed deposits and bonds.
Principal Accountability:
- Sales and Profitability Management:
- Drive strong sales growth and profitability for the branch.
- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets aligning with company objectives.
- Maximize branch profits through targeted fee income and effective cost management.
- Prioritize and deploy schemes to promote highrevenue products.
- Execute local initiatives to ensure consistent business momentum.
- Monitor and enhance individual and team performance correcting deviations as necessary.
- Branch Administration and Operations:
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations efficiently.
- Lead and motivate a team of Dealers Relationship Managers and Back Office Executives to meet targets.
- Ensure effective management of operations broking and other product sales customer service and risk management.
- Monitor client servicing metrics develop relationship marketing programs and ensure high client servicing standards.
- Provide periodic reports to Head Office on market share sales volume fee income new client acquisitions and business plan improvements.
- Ensure branch security and compliance with risk management and statutory policies.
- Client Acquisition and Engagement:
- Develop and implement processes for client acquisition and crossselling of financial products.
- Execute local area programs and referral initiatives to acquire new clients.
- Provide researchbased advisory services to clients leveraging inhouse research team recommendations.
- Engage in innovative business planning to enhance client acquisition and branch profitability.
- Focus on client retention higher revenue generation and referral activities.
- Monitor local market trends and competitive offerings reporting emerging trends for different product lines.
- Oversee proper implementation of Lead Management System (LMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) at the branch.
- Maintain uptodate client records and conduct periodic data analytics.
- Ensure swift resolution of client queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction.
- Acquire margin trade funding (MTF) and trader customers ensuring necessary margins.
- MultiProduct Sales Focus:
- Attain multiproduct sales targets for the branch.
- Promote regular training on alternate products for branch employees.
- Drive business through crossselling initiatives and innovative product mixes.
- Activate inactive customers through alternate product offerings.
- Risk Management and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms client profiling processes and documentation.
- Adhere to all regulatory and critical policy requirements set by Head Office.
- Team Development and Skill Enhancement:
- Build and develop a specialized team with skills mapped to customer segments.
- Manage branch attrition and ensure retention of skilled staff.
- Coordinate with HR for product and behavioural training programs for branch employees.
Requirements
- Education: PostGraduate or MBA in Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 68 years with any Leading stock Broking Company and managing branch administration.
