DevOps Engineer

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure providing technical support to our development teams and implementing efficient solutions to support our business goals.

The candidate will have significant experience in a similar role with a strong background in computer networking server administration and technical support. Proficiency in Python C# and Ansible is essential as well as experience with CentOS and firewall configuration. Experience with PL/SQL and database management systems is also highly desirable.

Requirements

The Development Operations Engineer will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including:

• Designing and implementing computer networks and network security protocols to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
  
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to server performance computer networking and firewall configuration.
  
• Developing and deploying scripts and automation tools using Python and Ansible to streamline system maintenance and deployment processes.
  
• Providing technical support to development teams including resolving software issues and debugging code.
  
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  
• Designing and implementing databases using PL/SQL and other database management systems.
  
• Ensuring that all IT systems are compliant with company policies and industry standards.
