Job Description
Job Title: PYP HRT Teacher
Location: Jaipur Rajasthan
Salary:per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PYP HRT Teacher for our IB School in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering an innovative childcentered learning environment that promotes holistic development and encourages student agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the IB PYP curriculum with an inquirybased differentiated teaching approach.
- Ensure the emotional and academic wellbeing of students.
- Actively engage in cocurricular activities contributing to a localized curriculum that reflects the Indian/Rajasthani context.
- Authentically assess and track student progress to inform teaching.
- Foster a nurturing safe learning space focused on student health and emotional safety.
- Participate in professional development and special programs aimed at innovation and design.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: B.Ed PGCE PGDE or equivalent in Primary teaching.
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years in an IB PYP setting.
- Skills:
- Proven track record in collaborative coeducational environments.
- C1 proficiency in English.
- Crosscultural work experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating technology into teaching.
- Proven track record in collaborative coeducational environments.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience as an IB workshop leader.
- Knowledge of the Indian education context is an advantage.
