PYP HRT Teacher Required for Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement the IB PYP curriculum with an inquirybased differentiated teaching approach.
   
2. Ensure the emotional and academic wellbeing of students.
   
3. Actively engage in cocurricular activities contributing to a localized curriculum that reflects the Indian/Rajasthani context.
   
4. Authentically assess and track student progress to inform teaching.
   
5. Foster a nurturing safe learning space focused on student health and emotional safety.
   
6. Participate in professional development and special programs aimed at innovation and design.
   

Requirements:

• Qualifications: B.Ed PGCE PGDE or equivalent in Primary teaching.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 23 years in an IB PYP setting.
  
• Skills:
  • Proven track record in collaborative coeducational environments.
    
  • C1 proficiency in English.
    
  • Crosscultural work experience is a plus.
    
  • Familiarity with integrating technology into teaching.
    

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience as an IB workshop leader.
  
• Knowledge of the Indian education context is an advantage.
