Marketing ytics Support

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Marketing Analytics (Client Facing Support Role)

• Fulltime Monday to Friday 9am 6pm AEST (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila TIme) with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries across various channels
  
• Identify and resolve platform bugs/issues raised by customers
  
• Provide clear guidance on effectively utilizing the platform s features
  
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to address complex technical queries
  
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the platform s evolving capabilities
  

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing preferably social media search advertising or analytics
  
• Good written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly
  
• Problemsolving mindset and keen attention to detail
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  
• Potential for voice/video support in the future (but can also be nonvoice if a great candidate in the other areas)
