Provide technical support and configure wireless fiber and Ethernetbased networks at client premises.
Install configure and optimize network systems to ensure efficient connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite.
Perform installations and maintenance tasks including climbing radio towers and KPLC poles.
Collaborate with senior technicians and team members to ensure quality work.
Adhere to company guidelines and safety protocols during installations and support activities.
Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and educating clients on network usage.
Work flexible hours as required.
Maintain accurate records of all troubleshooting maintenance and configurations.
Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in a technical role within the telecommunications industry.
Handson experience in installing configuring and maintaining telecommunications equipment and systems.
Strong problemsolving abilities in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness to climb towers and work at heights adhering to safety protocols.
Familiarity with networking protocols such as DHCP IP VLANs and subnetting.
Familiarity with Ubiquity/Cambium radios and MikroTik routers is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications such as MTCNA CCNA CCNP CompTIA Network or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
Full Time
