Responsibilities:
Engage and convert leads into sales.
Respond to all customer queries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Ensure delightful customer experiences from the initial contact through to aftersales service.
Meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 1 year of continuous experience in the tours and travel industry
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Tours and Travel or related field
Extensive knowledge of local and international destinations
Proven ability creating and costing custom itineraries and packages with zero errors
Experience working with sales targets
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service providers
Strong customer service focus
Attention to detail
