Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. offers a unique opportunity to excel in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for a highly motivated TSS Biopharma Pharma Sales Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy collaborative settings and are dedicated to customer success this role is ideal for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to achieve sales growth including lead generation customer support and penetration activities with a focus on the Biopharma market.
  • Coordinate all sales and related activities within defined accounts including lead generation cold calling technical seminars demos application feasibility tests customer support and training.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives while strictly managing expense budgets and controlling costs.
  • Coordinate with various collaborators such as pharma and applied sales teams service and supply chain to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform demonstrations to drive new and repeat sales as defined in the Strategic Territory Plan and as needed.
  • Provide market intelligence and updates on ongoing trends in the defined vertical segment.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Biochemistry Chemistry or a related field; a postgraduate degree is a clear advantage.
  • At least 10 years of UPLCMSMS experience with additional experience being highly valued.
  • Familiarity with analytical methods in current use in labs and the ability to work completely independently.
  • Proven ability to develop a strategic plan by bringing to bear technical competencies to compete and gain market share.
