We are seeking a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative who is a native French speaker with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level). You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to orders subscriptions and invoices while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and chat addressing concerns regarding orders subscriptions and invoices.
Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer issues until they are fully resolved meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements:
Native French speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).
Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
What We Offer:
Base salary (paid per 14 months).
Fixedterm contract (CDD) for 6 months.
Performance Bonus of 100 per 12 months.
Meal Allowance (net) of 7.23 per day.
Transport allowance of 20 per month.
Weekends off for a healthy worklife balance.
Rotational shifts Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 2 shifts 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM and 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
