Responsibilities:
- Act as the GoTo for all IT things aspects
- Define and implement IT best practices security audits processes manage ongoing IT projects
- You will own the maintenance configuration and reliable operation of computer systems and networks
- Ensuring the security of data network access and backup systems
- Preserving assets information security and control structures
- Leading desktop support efforts ensuring all desktop applications workstations and related equipment problems are resolved promptly with limited disruptions
- Manage and oversee the administration and maintenance of our licenses tools and software applications
- Managing external contractors for the Helpdesk and complex IT activities
- Troubleshooting issues and outages
- Plan and monitor the IT annual budget and ensure costeffectiveness

Requirements :
- 3 years experience as an IT with proven experience
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 Must
- Experience with both MacOS and Windows 10
- Strong experience with CIS benchmarks & best practices
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
