Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure stable and reliable network services ( access products service networks and core network).
- Daytoday network performance monitoring.
- Network troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting and repair both remotely and onsite.
- 2nd level escalation for trouble ticket and response and service provider interface.
- Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring analysis and reporting tools.
- Provide utilization capacity and reliability reports as well as monitored networks to execute necessary repairs utilizing available network tools before network outages.
- Application of configuration changes via our change control systems and processes.
- Installation of network hardware and software.
- Participate of POCs and new services testing and implementations.
- Under Call operations
Desirable skills and certifications (but not a must):
- Network certified Engineer
- Firewall Knowledge
- Datacenter Switching
- Routing
- Monitoring Tools
- Wireless LAN
- Voice over IP
- Network Access Control
- Wan Knowledge
Job Requirments:
- Bachelor degree of Telecom or Computer Engineering.
- 4 6 years of solid network experience.
- High analytical and problem solving skills.
- Team Player.
- Ability to learn new skills.
- Network and Security Certifications
