Job Description
Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit requirements
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisionmaking
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of requirements including use cases user stories and process models
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to meet business needs
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical team
- Participate in the design and testing of new systems processes and applications
- Identify and address issues and risks related to project delivery
- Support change management and training activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
