Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Zoho BI Specialist to join our team and help transform our data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisionmaking. The Zoho BI Specialist will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Zoho Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis visualization and reporting and will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver highquality BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create and maintain dashboards reports and data visualizations using Zoho Analytics that provide actionable insights and support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources into Zoho Analytics ensuring data accuracy consistency and integrity.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and anomalies. Provide recommendations based on data insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of BI solutions and make necessary adjustments to optimize their functionality and usability.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers on Zoho Analytics tools and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of BI processes data sources and reporting methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience 2 years.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role with a focus on Zoho Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Zoho Analytics Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Zoho applications (e.g. Zoho CRM Zoho Creator).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with cloudbased data storage solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
