Overview:
As a Senior Executive Fundraising you will play a crucial role in driving the organizations fundraising efforts and achieving its financial goals. Your expertise in building and nurturing relationships with potential donors and stakeholders will be instrumental in securing funding for various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors corporates and foundations
- Lead efforts to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
- Create compelling grant proposals and funding presentations
- Organize and execute fundraising events and campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards
- Manage donor database and records
- Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and results
- Participate in donor stewardship activities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Nonprofit Management or related field
- Proven experience in fundraising particularly in securing major gifts and grants
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining donor relationships
- Strong understanding of fundraising techniques and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
