Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Location: Delhi Work from office (6 days working)
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels including email phone and chat.
2. Assist customers with account setup navigation and troubleshooting of our fintech platform.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with other teams such as product development and operations to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
6. Provide feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field.
2. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferably in the fintech industry.
3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
5. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
6. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers with a genuine desire to help resolve their issues.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced startup environment.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
