Overview:
As a Cafe Manager you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the success of the cafe. You will be responsible for managing the staff providing exceptional customer service maintaining inventory levels and driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise cafe staff
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Manage the financial performance of the cafe including budgeting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit train and schedule staff
