We are seeking a dedicated BAMS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) to join our healthcare team in Morinda Punjab. The role is crucial in delivering quality patient care managing medical services and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient consultations and physical examinations.
- Diagnosing and treating health conditions.
- Monitoring and providing ongoing care for inpatients and outpatients.
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Ensuring adherence to medical protocols and standards of care.
- Documenting patient medical records and maintaining confidentiality.
- Managing medical emergencies and providing timely interventions.
- Participating in departmental meetings and training programs.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical acumen and expertise in Ayurvedic medicine.
- Proficiency in diagnostic procedures and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation.
- Adherence to ethical principles and patientcentered care.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle oncall duties.
