Job Description
Overview
Key responsibilities
- Collect clean and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct statistical analysis and use data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and datadriven solutions.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the identification of trends and patterns to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct adhoc analysis and present findings to management.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in data analytics and visualization.
- Provide support in the development and optimization of data processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and integrity.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of statistical tools and techniques.
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Python R or Java.
- Understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Relevant internships or practical experience in data analysis or visualization is advantageous.
