Job Description
Position: Site Manager
Location: Raipur
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Salary: 15000 to 30000 per month
Qualification: BE BTech or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:

Site Management:
- Oversee daily operations at the production site.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure efficient and timely production.
- Ensure that all processes are followed according to the company’s guidelines and safety standards.

Client Handling:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address client concerns and queries promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction by meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production processes materials used and project timelines.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required for internal and client use.
- Ensure that all documentation is compliant with industry standards and company policies.

Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Regularly update clients on project status addressing any changes or issues.
- Coordinate with the client to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.

Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.

Quality Control:
- Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the production cycle.

Resource Management:
- Manage resources efficiently to ensure costeffective production.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
