Position: Site Manager
Location: Raipur
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Salary: 15000 to 30000 per month
Qualification: BE BTech or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Site Management:

  • Oversee daily operations at the production site.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure efficient and timely production.
  • Ensure that all processes are followed according to the company’s guidelines and safety standards.

• Client Handling:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Address client concerns and queries promptly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

• Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of production processes materials used and project timelines.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required for internal and client use.
  • Ensure that all documentation is compliant with industry standards and company policies.

• Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Regularly update clients on project status addressing any changes or issues.
  • Coordinate with the client to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.

• Team Leadership:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.

• Quality Control:

  • Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the production cycle.

• Resource Management:

  • Manage resources efficiently to ensure costeffective production.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
