What Does the Role Entail?
Step into a pivotal role as a passionate and hands-on Junior Sous Chef working 45-hour weeks. You'll be the driving force behind the restaurant team, ensuring operational excellence in the Client's renowned site. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, contributing to the world of dining with a dedicated approach to customer care and service. The role demands creativity, precision, and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What skills will you have?
Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role as a senior Chef within the hospitality sector, to give you an understanding of the industry's specific demands. While appreciating tradition, you should exhibit a forward-thinking mindset and adaptability to the demands of a high-volume operation. Your proven expertise in Restaurant practices, including organisational skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skill-set, will be key to your success.
