Job Description

We are hiring a Director of Nursing/Person in Charge for a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland.
We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the highest standards of resident care are maintained.
- Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of the hospital.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to maintain an environment of respect and support for our residents.
Requirements
- Complete NMBI registration as a registered nurse.
- Three years of senior management experience providing elder care in a sizable facility.
- A management degree in medicine or a similar field
- Gerontology postgraduate diploma (desirable)
