Your Role:

- Data Integrity: Accurately document all donor interactions in our database ensuring all followup actions are completed to maintain donor satisfaction.
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose from a variety of shifts across 24/7 operations aligning with your lifestyle and maximizing your potential.
We Value Your Experience:
- Proven Call Center Skills: With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center environments whether remote or onsite you are well prepared to meet the specific challenges of this role.
- Drive and Dedication: We are in full swing with our pledge drive campaign and aim to fill 300 positions with dedicated individuals ready to maximize their shifts and impact.

Technical Requirements:
- System Specs: A PC with Windows 10 or 11 equipped with a dualcore 2.8 GHz or better at least 4 GB of RAM and a stable hardwired internet connection.
- Headset Specifications: A corded USB headset with noise cancellation is required; Bluetooth and corded earbuds are not suitable for this position.
Important Note: Chromebooks and Mac systems are not compatible with our software requirements.
