Were seeking a UX Writing Manager to lead the charge in shaping the content that drives our products. If youre passionate about crafting intuitive user experiences and managing a team of writers we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of UX writers providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with product goals and ensures consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design product marketing and development to deliver a cohesive user experience.
- Write and oversee the creation of clear concise and engaging copy for user interfaces including UI elements onboarding notifications tooltips and more.
- Establish and enforce content guidelines to maintain consistency in tone style and brand voice across all user touchpoints.
- Conduct user research testing and analysis to optimize content for usability and engagement.
- Advocate for UX writing and content design best practices within the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices in UX writing and content strategy.
Requirement:
- 5 years of experience in UX writing or content strategy with at least 2 years in a team handling experience.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering highquality content in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Excellent writing editing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of UX design processes and the ability to integrate content seamlessly into user flows.
- Experience working with design and development tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into userfriendly content.
