Job Description
We have fulltime hours available in the Woodingdean Brighton area: the rota pattern will be discussed in more details during screening interviews. The pay rate for this vacancy is 14.33 per hour.
Our client is a beautiful young woman who needs assistance with all aspects of daily care. As her support worker / personal assistant you will be supporting her to get the most out of life. Our client enjoys horseriding trampolining shopping walking...and anything adventerous!
You will ideally be bubbly outgoing have a great personality and up for encouraging our client to get the best out of everything.
Personal care is involved in this role so we are looking for females only and you must be a driver and aged over 25yrs (for insurance purposes).

You will be trained to CQC standards to meet the needs of the client. You will be required to complete your training before a start date is given. All training hours are paid at minimum wage.
Essential Requirements Identified for this Role:
- This post is exempt under The Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9 Part 1 there is a genuine occupational requirement to recruit female support workers only
- You must be a driver with a full UK driving licence
- An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this vacancy (expense to be met by HomeCareDirect)
- Prepared to commit to long term care for one client in a personcentred way
- Willing to be trained to CQC standards to meet the clients needs
- Respect Company policies and procedures
