Our client is seeking a resultsoriented salesperson to join their team to play a pivotal role in their mission to become a leading national company in furniture removal and logistics. As a salesperson your success will be measured by your ability to convert leads into loyal clients making a direct impact on their business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
LEAD CONVERSION
- Identify engage and convert potential clients into longterm partners
- Focus on driving measurable results through effective sales techniques and strategies
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs addressing concerns and providing solutions that drive business growth
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
- Track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve sales targets and objectives
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions proposals and revenue forecasts
- Generate reports to communicate sales progress and results to stakeholders
PROBLEM SOLVING
- Independently address and resolve sales challenges making highquality decisions when faced with conversion obstacles
EXPERIMENTATION AND REPORTING
- Test new sales approaches and strategies analyse results and report findings to refine and improve the sales process
MARKET RESEARCH
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bachelor s degree in business marketing or related field
- Extensive years of sales experience proven track record of success in logistics industry
- Indepth understanding of converting leads into orders.
- Extensive understanding and experience in the furniture removal industry.
- Must have fast WiFi at home as this is a hybrid working position.
- Must be based in either Gauteng or Cape Town South Africa.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Be growthoriented with a strong desire to thrive in a startup environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Matric essential, National Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Sales preferred Minimum 4 years in a similar sales position Proven successful sales track record, HR, Key Accounts, and Admin Management experience Intermediate Microsoft skills, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Organisational, deadline-oriented, and able to work under stress Ability to work independently and communicate with people at all levels Strong time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively and display leadership qualities.
