Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute datadriven digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
Campaign Management:
Plan implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media PPC email and content marketing.
Monitor analyze and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
SEO & SEM:
Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
Manage SEM campaigns including PPC display advertising and remarketing.
Content Strategy:
Develop and oversee content marketing strategies to engage and attract target audiences.
Collaborate with content creators to produce highquality relevant content.
Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush) to track performance metrics and generate reports.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals providing guidance and support.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. design sales product) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage digital marketing budgets ensuring costeffective use of resources.
Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on digital marketing performance and strategy.
Innovation & Trends:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends technologies and best practices.
Experiment with new tools and techniques to keep the company s digital marketing strategies ahead of the curve.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field; Master s/MBA degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot) would be an advantage.
Experience: 3 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and leading teams within the banking/fintech industry
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing software and platforms (e.g. Google Ads Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Facebook Ads Manager email marketing tools).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Full Time
