We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our Auto Parts team located in Kuwait. In this role you will be responsible for identifying prospecting and closing sales with companies that operate vehicle fleets such as logistics firms delivery services construction companies and transportation providers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Research and identify prospective fleet companies in our target market
Utilize online tools databases and networking to build a robust pipeline of sales leads
2. Outbound Sales:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via email phone and social media
Qualify leads understand their auto parts and service needs
Craft tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet their requirements
3. Account Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Upsell and crosssell relevant auto parts accessories and maintenance services
4. Sales Optimization:
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and content
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to maximize conversion rate.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in Auto Parts or Car Garage sales within Kuwait
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
Female candidates and Visa 18 holders preferred
Proficiency in using CRM software sales automation tools and data analysis
Thorough understanding of the auto parts market and the needs of fleetbased businesses
Selfmotivated with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Pay: From KD350.000 per month
