As an Admin Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including scheduling meetings managing calendars and preparing reports.
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and update client and candidate databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with document preparation data entry and file management.
- Coordinate and organize office events meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
