JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness and productivity of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by providing highlevel administrative support from being the point of reference for all incoming and outgoing communications and keeping track of the CEOs engagements including but not limited to calendar meetings emails tasks lists deadlines and travels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar by maintaining effective scheduling arranging meetings conferences calls and travels.
- Responsible for the effective management and maintenance of the CEOs email.
- Provide information by taking the minutes of the meeting editing retrieving copying and transmitting reports emails and data.
- Maintain and secure sensitive information by keeping strict confidentiality and keeping all documents filed and stored.
- Coordinate with other departments to disseminate information and act as a point of contact for the CEO. Preparing correspondence to all possible inquiries.
- Prepare travel arrangements including transportation accommodation of bookings and reservations and production of itineraries.
- Carry out personal errands and perform various duties as assigned by the CEO.
- Hosting company activities and meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant Secretary or in a similar role.
- Exceptional English communication and writing abilities.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in preparing travel documents and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Must be based in Metro Manila.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Should have a friendly energetic personality that brings a positive atmosphere.
- Availability to start immediately.
