Job Title: Branch Manager/Head (Loan Against Property DSA Vertical)
Location: New Delhi
CTC: Up to 16 LPA
Job Overview:
A leading NBFC is looking for an experienced Branch Manager/Head to drive its Loan Against Property (LAP) business under the DSA vertical. The role involves managing branch operations leading a team driving sales ensuring credit risk management and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations and staff.
- Drive LAP business growth through DSAs and channel partners.
- Oversee credit appraisal and risk management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and mentor the branch team.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA is required
- Experience: 58 years in LAP with branch management experience.
- Skills: Leadership sales strategy credit analysis and customer relationship management.
