Job Description

Become a key player in the Malaysian real estate market as a Telemarketing Agent specializing in lead generation. In this role you ll be the first point of contact for potential property listings using your excellent communication skills to engage property owners and encourage them to list with our client. You ll work remotely enjoying the flexibility of a parttime schedule while contributing to the growth of a thriving real estate business. This position offers the perfect blend of independence relationshipbuilding and the excitement of the property market.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to property owners using provided contact lists
  
• Introduce our client s real estate services and explain the benefits of listing properties
  
• Engage property owners in meaningful conversations to assess their interest in selling or renting
  
• Use persuasive communication techniques to encourage property owners to list with our client
  
• Maintain a positive professional demeanor throughout all interactions
  
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the client
  
• Provide basic information about the listing process referring detailed inquiries to the agent
  
• Adapt communication style to connect with diverse property owners effectively
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  
• Basic persuasive sales ability and a natural talent for building rapport
