As a Product Owner (DMS) you will:

• Act as the linchpin for both process and IT representing the needs of the stakeholder community and serving as the voice of user representatives.
  
• Collaborate closely with the agile development and management team in a complex political and administrative environment.
  
• Define and represent the functional roadmap for the document management system.
  
• Manage the backlog prioritizing software requirements and needs.
  
• Oversee the acceptance process of new software versions.
  
• Coordinate between development technical and functional management teams to synchronize speed and quality.
  
• Participate in project meetings user demonstrations and evaluations ensuring the smooth implementation of the system across various organizational units.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A completed HBO education with demonstrable work and thinking level equivalent to a WO degree.
  
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in Dutch (level B2) tested during the selection process.
  
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner with a focus on document management or information management.
  
• Knowledge of project management reporting and Agile methodologies.
  
• Experience in process analysis improvement and managing user documentation.
  
• Demonstrable experience working as a liaison between administrative operational and IT components including change transition or implementation projects.
  
• At least 3 years of recent experience within the operational IT domain including Agile working methods.
  
• Availability for 32 hours per week.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Analyze and define functional requirements and translate them into a clear product roadmap.
  
• Manage and prioritize a complex backlog while ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
  
• Lead and facilitate the acceptance of new software versions and drive quality and speed in delivery.
