Job Title: Business Manager Assessment and Testing Tools (REMOTE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Business Manager to lead the operational and business aspects of our assessment and testing tools division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education technology sales and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
Manage the daytoday operations of the assessment and testing tools division
Oversee the development delivery and maintenance of products and services
Ensure efficient customer support and success processes
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales marketing product) to achieve business objectives
Business Management:
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Manage sales forecasting pipeline management and revenue reporting
Identify opportunities for partnerships collaborations and new business initiatives
Additional Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of operations and sales professionals
Develop and manage budgets financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements:
2 years of experience in operations and business management preferably in education technology or assessment and testing
Strong understanding of sales marketing and customer success principles
Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills
Bachelors degree in Business Education or related field
Nice to Have:
Experience with assessment and testing tools education technology or related software
Knowledge of sales automation tools CRM software and data analytics platforms
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
