Job Description
As a B2B Sales Development Representative you ll play a crucial role in connecting toptier healthcare facilities with exceptional contingent staff. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of care for seniors across Canada. This role offers a unique blend of sales expertise and healthcare industry impact allowing you to develop your professional skills while making a tangible difference. You ll be at the forefront of the company s expansion efforts utilizing your sales acumen to forge valuable partnerships in the senior care sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to decisionmakers in senior care facilities
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and tailor messaging to prospect needs
- Execute followup strategies using email templates and personalized communication
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the company s CRM system
- Achieve and exceed daily call targets and monthly appointment quotas
- Identify and qualify highpotential clients for the company s staffing services
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Adapt communication style to effectively engage with North American business culture
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven track record in B2B sales or appointment setting healthcare industry experience a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage in natural persuasive conversations
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to North American business contexts
