Job Description

As a B2B Sales Development Representative you ll play a crucial role in connecting toptier healthcare facilities with exceptional contingent staff. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of care for seniors across Canada. This role offers a unique blend of sales expertise and healthcare industry impact allowing you to develop your professional skills while making a tangible difference. You ll be at the forefront of the company s expansion efforts utilizing your sales acumen to forge valuable partnerships in the senior care sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to decisionmakers in senior care facilities
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and tailor messaging to prospect needs
  • Execute followup strategies using email templates and personalized communication
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the company s CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed daily call targets and monthly appointment quotas
  • Identify and qualify highpotential clients for the company s staffing services
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and messaging
  • Adapt communication style to effectively engage with North American business culture


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or appointment setting healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage in natural persuasive conversations
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to North American business contexts
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of healthcare staffing solutions
