Role Overview...

As our Office Administrator you ll be at the heart of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited too:
  • Data entry invoice reconciliation and accounts management (using Xero)
  • Progress claims setup invoice preparation and timesheet checking
  • Creditors and debtors management
  • Incoming calls email correspondence and office maintenance
  • Purchasing WHS compliance and insurance management
  • Tracking project details and performing general office tasks
Your Schedule...

Fulltime Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible arrangements around start and finish times)


Requirements

What we are looking for in you...

Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Xero and Excel
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Dependable proactive and able to work independently
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
