Job Description:
- Studying thoroughly regarding travel destinations (as per the team allocation)
- Working on the sales pitch with the guidance of the respective manager
- Engaging with customers to gather information regarding their travel preferences and expectations
- Customizing boutique itinerary as per the requirements gathered
- Making the required changes as per customer suggestions
- Regularly following up with all the customers in the pipeline to assist in finalizing their travel plans
- Actively working on feedbacks provided by the manager and team lead
- Working towards chasing the leadtosales conversion % and sales targets defined by the manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business marketing or any other Graduation degree
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in travel or sales is a plus
- Prior track record of meeting/exceeding your targets is a plus
