Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities developing and executing sales strategies building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets in the IT solutions and cloud services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in the field and cloud services sectors to expand business opportunities.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans tailored to the needs of prospective clients to maximize revenue growth.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers within target organizations to foster trust and drive business.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales tactics and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments including marketing and product development to align strategies and deliver client solutions.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT solutions and cloud services to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales particularly within IT solutions and cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their business applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capability to adapt to changing environments.
  • High level of initiative and selfmotivation.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
