Purpose:
Your job is to find new customers for home loans maintain good relationships with them and ensure you meet your areas sales targets.
What Youll Do:
1. Map Your Area:
Regularly walk through your assigned area to understand it better.
Find new customers and keep your boss updated on your progress.
2. Build Relationships:
Stay in touch with all your sources (like brokers or agents) and build good relationships.
Make sure they meet the sales goals set by the company.
3. Keep Records:
Write down your sales activities and track your progress daily.
Ensure your reports are accurate and up to date.
4. Find New Partners:
Identify and bring on new channel partners (like agents) who can help you get more customers.
Ensure they meet the companys standards.
5. Know Your Products:
Understand everything about HDFC home loan products and what competitors offer.
Help customers with the loan process and ensure all documents are correct.
Handle any questions or concerns customers have.
6. Customer Relationships:
Keep customers happy by building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
7. Daily Meetings:
Attend daily team meetings to discuss your progress and plan your work.
