Role Overview: As a SaaS Sales Specialist youll handle client communications deliver exceptional customer service drive sales activities conduct training and manage the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Build client relationships using strong communication and negotiation skills.
Deliver tailored presentations that address client needs.
Manage the sales pipeline and use CRM and MS Office for tracking and information management.
Negotiate and close deals to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Source and follow up on new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
Research accounts identify key players and maintain a robust prospect database.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
01 year of SaaS sales experience (training provided).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Strong phone presence and experience with outbound calls.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
