Job Description
The Project:
Provide support to players/gamers who place bets on online games which is hosted on various gaming platforms
The call centre operates MondaySunday 24/7 365 days per year
The Customer Service role is a 5day week 9hour shifts Salary RM4200 Medical & hospitalisation coverage provided. Off days are rostered.
Responsibilities of the Role:
The Customer service Supportmust have the ability to communicate well with customers through spoken and written Mandarin and interact in an efficient and wellmannered way using inbound and outbound call chat and email
Requirements for the Role:
- SPM / Diploma holders in any discipline aged 18 and above
- Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin and basic English
- Excellent knowledge of PC softwareWindows/Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Excellent organization and management skills
- Dynamic highly motivated and a result oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and to work around scheduled timelines within a dynamic and challenging environment
- Ability to work on shifts
