Customer Service Specialist (Damansara City Mall)
Job Description
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone email chat inperson) to address inquiries complaints or requests.
Offerings and provide accurate information to customers including product features pricing availability and usage guidelines.
Responsible for managing customer accounts updating information and handling accountrelated queries or modifications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions complaints and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in any field.
Preferable to have a minimum of 1 years experience in Customer Servicerelated areas.
Working experience in the call centre or automotive preferred.
A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques.
Customercentric / Strong customer service mindset.
