Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Identify opportunities to improve the online client experience and make recommendations for enhancements
