Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to our showroom and guide them through various product and design options tailored to their unique needs.
- Develop new business opportunities by establishing strong professional connections with builders remodelers and other key industry players.
- Follow up with clients address their questions and resolve concerns with outstanding customer service.
- Leverage both your design and sales expertise to exceed customer expectations and drive success.
- Educating clients about our process services and products
- Consulting with clients to determine their desired project goals and provide solutions
- Producing designs and estimating material
- Assisting with showroom organization
- Create modify and refine designs to conform with customer specifications and/or product limitations using design software
- Attend interior design meeting with customers to aid in selection process of cabinets backsplash countertops etc.
- Work from company measurements customer drawings other designs or blueprints
- Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing inventory and delivery information
- Review appliance specs cut outs builtins etc.
- Ability to selfcheck own work for completeness and accuracy
- Have product knowledge to assist in troubleshooting issues
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as weekly work plans and monthly analysis.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Self motivated and comfortable taking initiative
- Information seeking; asks questions and proactively engages in the process
- Excellent account management and sales skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to think creatively; solution seeking
- Computer skills including familiarity with MS Office
- Mathematical skills for accurate measurements and cost calculations
