We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications to lead our global marketing and communication efforts. This pivotal role holds the overall responsibility for managing the Evac Group brand steering internal and external communications. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset strong leadership skills and a passion for driving impactful communication and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Marketing and Communications youll be at the helm of our communication efforts both internal and external. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- External Communication: Develop and lead a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with Evacs business plans enhances brand positioning and establishes the company as an industry thought leader in sustainability.
- Internal Communication: Secures engaging consistent and continuous communication across all internal channels around strategy business targets and other topical matters. Owns the intranet platform.
- Brand Management: Drive brand strategy and ensure consistent impactful messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Marketing: Support and secure that business lines are executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: lead and support a highperforming communication and marketing team fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Sustainability Communication: Leads the creation of our sustainability report. Coordinates the integration of sustainability into Evas business practices and coordination of customer questionnaire regarding sustainability.
- Orchestrate Events: Take ownership of both internal and external events including customer events exhibitions town halls and senior leadership gatherings ensuring they reflect Evacs values and objectives.

- Strategic and Global Mindset: You have a minimum of 1015 years of experience in communications and marketing within an international context with a proven track record of executing strategies that deliver measurable impact.
- Brand and Marketing Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of brand management and modern B2B marketing with the ability to translate these into actionable plans that drive brand awareness and growth.
- Leadership Communication: You are skilled in coaching and supporting leaders in their communication ensuring they can effectively convey strategic goals and inspire their teams.
- Strong Passion for Sustainability: You have a genuine interest in and commitment to sustainability with the ability to communicate our efforts in this area in a compelling and impactful way.
- Event Management: You have a proven ability to plan and execute successful events that align with strategic objectives.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You have proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and engage effectively with diverse audiences both internal and external.
