Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in the Bank/NBFC. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a strong sales aptitude and a customercentric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sales: Promote and sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property products to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and field visits.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Documentation: Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is accurately filled.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential customers and build a strong pipeline of leads.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Knowledge of Home Loans and Loan Against Property products is an advantage.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and field visits.
