Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  

  • Minimum of 3 years of handson experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including successful implementations and administration.
    
  • Proven track record of configuring and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
    

• Technical Skills:
  

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including custom objects fields workflows process builder and automation tools.
    
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs and familiarity with data management best practices.
    
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities.
    

• Certifications:
  

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
    
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
    
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications are a plus.
    

• Soft Skills:
  

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on improving sales and service processes.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
    
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fastpaced environment.
