Job Description
Providing training and coaching that meets Amazon standards- Review and improve completion rates for on-site training in cooperation with managers and employees/their team members
- Gathering feedback and highlighting areas where the training experience can be streamlined or optimized
- Work with teams to identify further training and development needs
- Help with reviewing cross-site key performance indicators, such as those relating to safety, quality and process efficiency
- Training and coaching of employees/their team members who can help us as “ambassadors” to also offer coaching and training to teams on site
- Key job responsibilities Basic qualifications
- Experience in clear communication, including proven experience with group training and the creation of related information and training materials
- Experience with group training and the creation of associated information and training materials
- Experience in working with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Advanced German skills
- Advanced English skills
- Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a coaching or mentoring role or as a teacher
- Experience in dealing with multiple competing priorities
